Duluth Huskies Day

June 18

The team from the "Greatest Show on Turf" will be at Northwood on Tuesday June 18th, to visit.  The Boys of Summer will visit, talk ball, and sign a few autographs for the students and staff. Our fantastic kitchen will serve up some delicious BBQ before we head out to watch a game. This is a real treat for our students as we say "Hello" to summertime fun.

43rd Annual Grandma’s Marathon

June 22

The annual group of races is a favorite with Northwood students. Each year the kids compete in the various marathons that are sponsored by Grandma's and each race they gain confidence with every mile. It is an excellent part of their therapy regime and a great way to get into shape.

21st Annual Northwood Children’s Services Golf Tournament

Join us for a round of golf, come to watch the teams compete, or bid on several great auction items donated by area businesses. This is an annual fundraising event where we raise money to send the students at Northwood to Camp Olson in Longville for a week. Here, our students will experience the Spirit of the Northwoods through aquatic activities, crafts, songs, games, and just being a kid in nature. Come have a great time for a great cause!…

Cheyenne and Scout Family BBQ

July 20

BBQ food and fun for the Cheyenne and Scout teams. Students, staff, and parents take part in lawn games while relaxing, enjoying the sun and some really awesome food! This is a great chance for the students to catch up with parents and for the parents to get to know the staff.
